Tom kept waking up on the couch so I put him to work, had a bunch of demos that needed to be fleshed out and these were 'take a listen and lay er down'. Beginning of 3 piece noise trio as Steve left the band and came back to be part of this album. Mike Graves would come to town during holidays and sit in periodically. Fade Away is a live take with a few vocal overdubs, made with limited microphones, like 8 tracks.
